1. Service Agreement

• Kaarunya Services provides washing machine repair and maintenance services as per the request made by the customer.
• All services are carried out within Puducherry and surrounding areas.

2.Pricing and Payments

• Prices for services will be communicated upfront and are subject to acceptance before commencing the work.
• Payments must be made upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

3. Service Limitations

• Kaarunya Services is not liable for issues arising from misuse or mishandling of appliances post-repair.
• Replacement parts provided are genuine, and warranty, if any, will be as per the manufacturer’s terms.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Refunds are processed only for services not rendered due to cancellation on our end.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puducherry. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Puducherry jurisdiction.
